Understanding Your Battery Usage
A home battery only makes sense when you can see when it charges, when it discharges, and how much of its capacity you really use. The battery dashboard answers the questions people usually ask after the first few weeks:
- How much solar energy am I storing vs. exporting to the grid?

Battery Health Insights
Watch the daily charge and discharge pattern for a while and the useful trends start to show. If the battery keeps falling to 0% SOC, it may be worth raising the minimum SOC in the inverter settings instead of quietly wearing the pack harder than needed.
SolaxMonitor also shows battery temperature from the inverter. It is worth watching, because batteries have a comfort zone and strange temperature behavior is often easier to catch early than to explain later.

What battery data does SolaxMonitor show?
You get real-time state of charge (SOC%), charge/discharge power (W), battery temperature, daily charge/discharge totals (kWh), and historical SOC trends over time. The dedicated battery page gives you a deep view of battery health and usage patterns.
Does battery monitoring work without a SolaX battery?
If your SolaX inverter is a hybrid model but you don't have a battery connected, the battery metrics will show zero values. String inverter models (non-hybrid) don't report battery data at all, so those fields won't appear.
Can I see battery charge and discharge history?
Yes. The analytics page shows historical battery charge and discharge data over daily, weekly, and monthly periods. You can track how your battery usage patterns change with the seasons and optimize your settings accordingly.
